Rosemont Avenue Elementary school is west of the Echo Park neighborhood, near downtown Los Angeles. The main entrance to the school is on Rosemont Avenue, just north of Temple Street, between Rampart and Alvarado. The school is only a few blocks south of the Hollywood 101 freeway.

     The MTA #200 and #10 bus routes provide transit access to the school. Street parking school be available in the vicinity of the school on weekends.
