Rowan Avenue Elementary school is in east Los Angeles, west of the 710 freeways and between the 60 and 5 freeways. Transit riders can walk to the school from the #18 stop at Whittier and Eastman, or from the #720 Rapid Bus stop at Whittier and Herbert. Street parking should be available on the street around the school on weekends.
