Soto Street Elementary is on the southeast corner of Soto Street and East 7th Street in East Los Angeles, one block south of Whittier Boulevard. It is immediately northeast of the interchange of the 10, 5, 101 and 60 freeways. The Whittier Boulevard 18 and 720 bus lines and the Soto Street 251 and 751 provide transit access to the school.
